Dishwasher

Responsibilities:
Washing dishes, pots and pans. Preparing kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations. Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen. Sweeping and mopping floors. Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans. Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.

Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for 4-10 hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.


Server

Responsibilities:
Set restaurant tables. Attend to customers upon entrance. Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages. Take and serve orders. Buss tables. Issue bills and accept payment.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months restaurant serving experience. Attention to cleanliness and safety. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to stand and walk for 4-10 hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.


Cook

Responsibilities:
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking. Cook food. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Check quality of ingredients. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Requirements:
Proven experience as cook. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures. Ability to work in a team. Excellent physical condition and stamina.
